Bio

Abby Leibowitz is the CEO and Owner of Call Experts, where she leads the company’s long-term growth strategy and operational evolution. Since joining the organization, she has scaled Call Experts into an international provider supporting brands across multiple industries with contact center operations, customer-experience strategy, and human-resources communication services. She has also expanded the company’s offerings to include AI-driven tools and automation for modern customer journeys.

Outside Call Experts, Leibowitz is active in real estate development in the Charleston region, hospitality ventures, and emerging AI products for the service economy. Most recently, she spearheaded the launch of Noodl, an AI restaurant host designed to streamline phone ordering, reservations, guest communication, and operational workflows for restaurants.

She is also the founder of Abridged Solutions, whose flagship platform—Attendance Bridge—delivers AI-powered communication workflows that improve workforce efficiency and provide deeper business-intelligence insights. Attendance Bridge is widely used by HR and manufacturing teams across the U.S.

Under her leadership, Call Experts has earned a place on the Inc. 5000 list seven times and received numerous awards for growth and workplace excellence.

Through a collaboration between Abridged Solutions and Call Experts, Leibowitz and her team launched AI Attendants, a suite of tools designed to elevate customer communication and modernize internal operations for service-based industries.

Leibowitz’s leadership philosophy centers on inclusivity, transparency, and continuous improvement.

She holds an MBA from The Citadel and a Bachelor’s degree from Franklin & Marshall College.

Leibowitz is also the co-founder of Miles for Michael, a run/walk created with her sister to honor their late father, Michael W. Leibowitz. The event supports the Michael W. Leibowitz Family Fund to continue Michael’s lifelong philanthropic legacy—supporting education initiatives, Jewish community programs, and arts-based healing. Guided by the principle of L’dor V’dor (“from generation to generation”), the fund is directed by Michael’s children and grandchildren to ensure his commitment to giving carries forward for years to come.

She also serves or has served on several nonprofit and community boards, including the Charleston Jewish Federation, Charleston Women in Tech, the American Heart Association, and the Harbor Entrepreneur Center. She chaired Charleston’s 2020 GoRed for Women campaign.

A third-generation Charlestonian, she remains deeply connected to the community she works to strengthen.
